  1. Roughly chop raw papaya.
  2. Grind together papaya, mustard, cumin, curd, coconut, green chillies, salt and curry leaves.
  3. Season it with spluttered mustard seeds.

  • 1/2 Cup Raw papaya chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds To grind
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut grated
  • 1 Large Green chilli
  • 1 Spring Curry leaves Optional
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds For seasoning

Instructions
