- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal split
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 2 no green chilli - split
- 1 medium cabbage - finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and add curry leaves, slit green chillies
add chopped cabbage, salt and turmeric powder. Add enough water, close and cook until done.
open and add grated coconut, mix well. serve
