Ingredients

carrots (1 mediumm sized)

Instructions
Heat oil, Fry Urad dal and chana dal until it turns brown.
Drop in shallots, sliced carrots and red chilli.
Fry until shallots turn brown. Cook it in medium flame.
Add salt, tamarind and Oats to this.
Sprinkle little water and cook for a couple of minutes until water dries out and oats is cooked.
Switch off and add little jaggery and Cool them.Grind to a semi fine paste.
