Oats recipes Indian- Oats recipes breakfast -Carrot Oats Chutney is yummy, tasty and healthy chutney/side dish for south Indian breakfast idli/dosa/paniyaram varieties.

This is little sweeter chutney made mildly spicy to suit baby’s appetite as well. In case you don’t like sweet chutney, add more red chilli and skip jaggery in this recipe.
