heat oil and add fennel seeds, green chilli chopped, curry leaves, ginger garlic crushed, onions sliced. fry until onions are brown.
add chopped tomatoes and fry until mushy.
further add chicken , turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt to taste. mix well.
close and cook for 15 minutes.
open and add 1 cup water and close and cook again for 30 minutes until soft.
open and add garam masala and pepper powder. mix well.
in another pan, heat oil and fry grated coconut, curry leaves until slightly reddish.
also add pepper powder and mix well. fry for a minute.
add it to the fry and mix well.
cook in simmer for 5 minutes while mixing in between.
serve hot with rice and curry.
