Garlic Flatbread recipe | Easy Flat bread with wheat flour
This is a simple recipe of flat bread with whole wheat flour, yeast and milk.
The dough has to be rested for an hour to double and then spread to disc and cooked without oil.
It is super soft bread that can be had with any spicy Indian curries.
The garlic and herbs coating on top gives it a unique flavor. You can also add chilli flakes to the garlic oil for a spicy bread.
1.5 cups wheat flour
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water (adjust according to your flour)
1/4 tsp dry yeast
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
to make the garnishing oil
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves or dill leaves
