Recipe for Oats Pongal
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup moong dal
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger, chopped
- 2 tsp cashews, broken
- Salt to taste
