Wheat – Banana oatmeal Cookies

Wheat – Banana oatmeal Cookies is healthy cookie idea that struck my mind with those ripe bananas. This is Drop cookie which will be little soggy with those loaded bananas. It is soft, fluffy and healthy that my DS always has this one in his hands 😛

Wheat – Banana Oatmeal Cookies Pictorial Directions:

  • Preheat Oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • Sieve all the dry ingredients and add oats to it and mix well.

  • Take the mashed banana in a bowl, beat it with blender along with oil and sugar until there are no lumps.

  • Fold in flour mix to the banana sugar mixture little at a time

  • Add Milk and fold the batter to a sticky consistency.

  • Put in the Add ins and fold again. I have added choco chips, slivered almonds and finely chopped walnuts.

  • Drop the batter onto the tray lined with parchment paper with the help of spoon maintaining space in between to raise.
  • Flatten and shape the batter with the help of backside of fork gently.
  • Maintain even thickness in all the cookies.

  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15-18 min.
  • Cool them in a wire rack. Store in a air tight container.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Others

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 large bananas ripe
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essense
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions
