Baby foodz – Pink Rice !

Feeding lo would need an additional skill for every mom. Food has to be colorful and appealing to them so that they eat it out of interest. There starts our creativity to make them eat somehow. This recipe is with curd and beetroot. Pink color was so much attractive that he finished off his meal in within 10 min.

Baby foodz - Pink Rice !

Servings: 1 baby

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 1/4 no beetroot grated
  • 1 Pinch sugar
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 2 tsp milk

Instructions

  • Wash and Cook the rice. Mash it well and keep it ready.
  • Heat oil, saute grated beet with little water. Sprinkle little sugar in it. It gets cooked in a couple of minutes. Once beetroot is cooked, take it in a blender along with curd and milk. Blend it well and add it to the mashed rice.
  • Mix well and serve pink rice to your lo.
