Onion – 1 big/2 medium roughly chopped
Tomatoes -1 roughly chopped
Red chillies – 2 nos
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves half a spring
Grind onion tomato and red chilli together to a fine paste.
Add salt after grinding. Pour a tsp of coconut oil on the chutney.
For tempering, heat coconut oil, pop in mustard seeds,curry leaves and urud dhal.
