we call it “Peechenga vattichathu”. Made with Ridge gourd. Very very simple and so yum light and healthy curry for rice.

All you need is Ridge Gourd,Onion ,curry leaves,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coconut oil.Put all the ingredients mentioned above in a cooker with very little water and cook to 2-3 whistles. And the Curry is ready! How easy rite?
Peechenga vattichathu recipe:
- 1 cup ridge gourd chopped
- 2 large onions sliced
- 2 spring curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp coconut oil
Put all the ingredients in the cooker with very little water and cook to 2-3 whistles. Here it is ready!
