  • Red Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce – 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind Paste – 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Stock -2 tbsp
  • Onions – 1/2 sliced thinly
  • Bell Peppers – red and yellow, thinly sliced
  • Spring Onions – 2 tbsp chopped
  • Tomato Sauce – 1-2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp

Cooking Steps:

  1. Batter Magic:
    • Mix maida and cornflour, add salt, and make a thick slurry with water.
  2. Crispy Paneer :
    • Heat oil in a wide pan
    • Dip paneer cubes in the batter and fry them until golden and crisp.
  3. Saucy Goodness:
    • Sauté garlic and red chillies, then add red chilli paste, soy sauce, vinegar, tamarind paste, and vegetable stock.
