Baby Foodz – Broken Wheat Apple Porridge

Broken Wheat Apple Porridge is healthy and filling porridge recipe for Babies above 8 months age.Broken Wheat apple porridge

Broken Wheat Apple Porridge Pictorial Directions:

  • Boil Apple and mash them smooth.
  • Soak broken wheat/Dalia is water for 15-30 minutes.
  • Grind it with little water and filter just the ground water and discard the wheat chunks.
  • Cook extracted wheat milk with little milk, palm sugar and apple puree until it gets to porridge consistency. Adjust water in between if it thickens quickly. Cook in low flame only.

Ingredients

  • 1 small sized apple
  • 4 tsp broken wheat
  • 1 tsp palm sugar
  • 1 tsp milk

Instructions

  • Boil Apple and mash them smooth.
  • Soak broken wheat/Dalia is water for 15-30 minutes.
  • Grind it with little water and filter just the ground water and discard the wheat chunks.
