Ginger Pakoda recipe – How to make crispy and tasty Street food style Pakoda. When one of my friends gave me this pakoda to try, It was the first time I had it. It was strongly ginger flavoured and crispy ones but there was no onions in it.

Since then, I wanted to try it out and finally I did but with additions of onions and curry leaves to spice it up even more.

Ingredients Required

Ginger Pakoda recipe | இஞ்சி பக்கோடா

recipe ingredients:

1/4 cup ginger
3 nos green chilli
gram flour – 1 cup
8-10 small onions sliced
1/4 cup rice flour
salt to taste
asafoetida – a pinch
curry leaves – 1 sprig
ajwain – 1/8 tsp
1 tbsp hot oil
oil for deep frying
