Soya bean – 1 cup soaked over night
Brinjal – chopped 1 cup
Garlic pods – 3 sliced
Dhal (Tuvaram parupu) – cooked 1/2 cup
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Sambar powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes – 1 chopped ( optional )
Splutter mustard seeds and jeera in oil..add garlic chopped and tomatoes and fry for a minute. Add vegetables to it and also the rest of ingredients to it. Add enough water and cook it to 3 whistles.
