Nethili fry ~ Anchovy fry

28/12/2016 By Jinoo Jayakrishnan Leave a Comment

Nethili fry is deep fried marinated anchovy fish. Let me call out here that Nethili fish has lots of bones but they are thin and edible. Only thing is you need to chew well before swallowing?.  This recipe is for crispy nethili even when its not hot. The curry leaves flavor in nethili fry is added star in this recipe.
