Making mayo is one of the easiest task as all the basic ingredient needed for a mayo will be present in all our kitchen. full cream milk, odorless oil, salt, mustard paste (If you do not have the mustard paste, coarse crush mustard seeds and add it), garlic and salt.

take chilled full cream milk 1/4 cup in a blender. add salt, garlic cloves to it. adding garlic cloves is optional and to tour taste preference.
add pepper powder, mustard paste and blend for 10 seconds. if you do not have mustard paste, just add mustard seeds powder.
while blending, add oil little at a time from the opening at the top. Incase you do not have opening, stop the mixer, open and add in small quantities and blend again until it is thick. based on the oil thickness you use, the oil measurement will vary between 3/4 cup to 1 cup. so check the consistency of the mayo in between and stop accordingly. choose a odorless oil for best results.
lastly, add vinegar and give a quick pulse.

- 3/4-1 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard paste/powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp vinegar
- add milk, salt, mustard powder, pepper powder and grind it for 10 seconds
- add oil little at a time and blend to a thick paste
- finally add vinegar and give it a pulse.
