Fresh cream Raita recipe | Cream Raita recipe for biryani with step by step photos and video recipe. Simple Onion tomato raita recipe using the Fresh cream. I did make this raita for vegetable biryani.

However times I experiment making different biryanis, I love to make some alterations each time in my Raita as well. I make changes in the vegetable added or make simple bhuna raita, plain tomato raita, beetroot raita, onion raita, mixed raita, cashew raita and so on.

Out of all, this one is my favorite which is my mom’s tip to add fresh cream to raita and you can’t believe how creamy, rich and tasty it becomes. you can try adding 2 scoops of fresh cream to any raita you make.

My aunt adds a pinch of sugar to it while i dont like the sweet flavor, Many like the slight sweet tinge in the raita.
