Turmeric kara dosai recipe
- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1/4 cup urad dal
- 1 tbsp peppercorns
- 1/8 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup turmeric sliced
- rock salt to taste

- wash and soak the rice and urad dal for 3 hours
- drain the water, add peppercorns, turmeric, salt, and coconut.
- grind finely and rest for an hour.
