Vazhapoo – 1 no cleaned and chopped
Black gram / urud dhal – 1 tsp
Red chilli – 3 nos
Coconut grated – 1/2 cup
Splutter mustard seeds and urud dhal in coconut oil. Add curry leaves and red chilli. Saute and add chopped florets. Need not add water as it leavesout water while cooking. Add salt and turmeric powder. Close and cook until done. Finally add grated coconut.
