1. Peel the skin of kappa without the dark brown barks as shown in the right top corner.
2. Boil it with salt and turmeric powder
3. Dry it in hot sun spreading evenly in a wide plate for 2 days.
4. Store it in a container
5. Deep fry as and when required. ?
Can be taken as snacks or with rice as vadagam.
