- Poha 1 cup
- Coconut grated 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
Dry roast cleaned red aval in medium flame till it changes it colors slightly. You will be getting a good aroma. Remove from heat.
Grind it along with sugar first..and then add coconut and grind again.
Transfer it to a bowl. Add ghee and mix well.
Make small balls out of it. And thats it, poha ladoo ready.
you can roast chopped cashew in ghee and add it to the ladoo before making balls. Roast red aval well or ul end up in making hard ladoos. Jaggery can also be added instead of sugar. Cardomom powder can be added along with it for additional flavour.
