Poha Ladoo ~Red Flattened Rice with the flavour of coconut and sweeteners

Poha Ladoo is a very easy instant sweet using red flat rice flakes /red Poha. All you need is just poha ghee sugar and coconut. It takes hardly 10 min to make this sweet. And its so yummy too.
In this poha Ladoo recipe, instead of red aval, we can substitute with white as well. Procedure is the same. Make it instant on any festive days or when guests come at home.

Poha Ladoo – Pictorial Directions:

1. Dry roast cleaned red aval in medium flame till it changes it colors slightly. You will be getting a good aroma. Remove from heat.
2. Grind it along with sugar first..and then add coconut and grind again.
3. Transfer it to a bowl. Add ghee and mix well.
Make small balls out of it. And thats it, poha ladoo ready.
Note: you can roast chopped cashew in ghee and add it to the ladoo before making balls.
Roast red aval well or ul end up in making hard ladoos.
Jaggery can also be added instead of sugar.
